- I don't see anything
listed in my portfolio after placing an order, what gives?
You have to wait until your order is executed before the stock
will show up on your portfolio. If you placed it after the cut-off
time, it won't be executed until the next trading day. You can
check your pending orders by clicking  .
- How comes I am not on
the ranking list after I signed up or placed an order?
The ranking list is tallied only once a day after the execution
of orders. Be patient and you will find yourself on the list the
next day.
- As I won't know at
what price my order will be executed, how can I know I will have
sufficient cash balance to execute the order?
If there is insufficient cash, the system will buy as much as
your cash balance allows and place the rest of the order on pending.
Thus, you can place as high a quantity as you like and the system
will take care of it.
- I have a very low ranking
but I have a lot of cash, what is the problem?
In order to make the game more interesting and to throw in some
risk factor, the players are encouraged to hold as much in stocks
as possible. Therefore, cash balances are not counted in determining
the ranking. This is by design.
- Can I place price-limited
orders?
Yes, you can specify it when you place an order in the Limit
Price box. Click this for
details.
- I placed an order sometime
ago but it is still pending for execution, what is wrong?
There can be several reasons:
(i) You had placed your order after the cut-off
time, in which case your order won't be executed until the NEXT
trade day;
(ii) The stock quotes we are getting are delayed by an hour, as
a result, your orders won't be processed until an hour later;
(iii) There are too many orders to be processed, be patient and
the system will process your orders eventually;
(iv) The price for stock is not available either because the trading
of the stock is suspended, or there is no bidding (in case of
a sell order) or asking price (in case of a buy order)
for the stock in question;
(v) You had placed a Limit Price order and the price has
not been reached yet;
(vi) You had placed an order which exceeded the actual volume
traded in the SEHK. The excess amount of stocks will be pending
for execution until a higher trade volume is reached;
(vii) You do not have sufficient cash to execute a buy
order; you should see a message to that effect in your
page;
(viii) You are already holding 10 stocks and you are trying to
place a buy order. You can hold a maximum of 10 stocks.
Sell some other stocks to make room for new stocks;
(ix) You do not have sufficient eTokens
to execute the order, trading is suspended until you purchase
more eTokens.
- I run out of cash, what
can I do?
You can sell some stocks to get some cash. You can also referring
friends to our game to gain some cash.
- I placed a buy
order for a stock and I can't seem to be able to sell it.
You can only sell the quantity of stock already on hand. In other
words, you cannot sell a stock before the buy order is
executed.
- How comes the total
value on the
page does not match the total value shown on the 
page?
The total value on the
page is calculated using the closing prices from the previous
trading day. Whereas the total value on the
page is determined by a mix of previous day closing prices and
last traded prices whenever available. Also, the
page does not reflect your most currnet holdings.
- Can I know what is
being traded by other players?
You can review what have been traded and their volume/turnover
during the day by going to the 
page.
- I had signed up for
a new account quite a while ago and I have not received my password,
how can I login again?
After you signed up for an account, your password would be emailed
to your email address as registered. If you had entered an incorrect
email address, you would not be able to receive your password.
In that case, you have to send us the correct email address through
email or go to the 
page.
- I foget my password,
what can I do?
You can retrieve your password through email by entering your
login ID in the Login ID box and then click on the
Forgot Password link.
- My email address is
valid and the system said it could not be verified, what can I
do?
Our system flagged your email address as "could not be verified"
if your email server bounced any email from us. You can reset
your status in the 
page by checking the The email is correct, please verify
again. box follow by clicking

- 為什麼在登記成為會員後或作出買賣指示後，
我看不到自已的名字在排名榜上？
排名榜只會在每日執行完所有買賣後才被更新一次， 即表示要到第二天你的名字才會出現在排名榜上。
- 當買賣執行前， 我並不清楚股票的價格，
那麼我怎樣知道我擁有足夠的現金結餘去執行我的買賣呢？
如果你沒有足夠的現金， 系統會自動就你有的現金購入最多的股票， 餘額將會成為“有待執行買賣”， 故此， 你只須輸入想要的股票數量，
系統會自動為你調整實際購買數量。
- 我擁有大量現金， 但排名卻相當低， 為什麼呢？
為了令遊戲更加有趣、刺激， 本遊戲鼓勵參賽者買入越多股票越好。 故此， 現金結餘並不會用作計算排名。 此乃本遊戲之設計。
- 我可否作出有指定價格範圍之買賣指示？
當然可以， 你要在落買賣指示時在 「限價」 輸入盒子中注明。 按此參考詳情。
- 我作出了買入指示已有一段時間， 但仍然在等候執行，
為什麼呢？
有幾個原因：
(i) 你的指示是在截止時間後才作出的， 故此指示只會在下一個交易日才被執行。
(ii) 我們得到的報價是延遲一小時的， 所以你的買賣指示會一小時後才會被處理。
(iii) 系統內可能有很多買賣指示有待處理， 只要些耐性， 很快會輪到你的。
(iv) 所要買賣的股票可能暫停交易或市場上沒人出價。
(v) 你的買賣指示是有限價的，但還未到價。
(vi) 閣下設定的買賣數量超出聯交所實際的交易量。 超出的數目有待聯交所有更高的交易量出現才會交易。
(vii) 你沒有足夠的現金結餘買入所要的股票， 你會在 畫面上看到有關的提示信息。
(viii) 你手上已有十隻股票但仍想買其他的股票， 你最多只能持有十隻股票。
(ix) 你沒有足夠的電子代幣去進行買賣，
你需要買入多些電子代幣去恢復你已被暫停的交易。
- 我花盡了所有現金， 我可以怎辦？
你可考慮沽售部份股票來套現。 你亦可以介紹朋友來增加現金。
- 我已指示購入一隻股票， 但我不能成功沽售。
你只可以沽售手頭上現有的股票。 換言之， 你要等買入指示執行後才能沽出同一隻股票。
- 為何在
內所顯示的股票總值跟 
上的總值不同？
上的總值是根據前一個交易日的收市價計算。 而
內的股票總值是根據前一個交易日的收市價及最近一次交易的價格（如適用）來計算。 還有， 排名榜並不反映參賽者最新的股票持有量。
- 我可否知道其他參賽者所做的買賣？
你只要按 
便可知道當天的成交量。
- 我之前已經登記了，但至今仍未收到密碼，我該怎樣登入呢？
登記一個新賬戶後，密碼就會自動電郵至你所登記的電郵地址。如果你輸入一個錯誤的 電郵地址，便無法收到密碼。若遇上這情況，可以電郵或者到
的板面把你正確 的電郵地址寄給我們。
- 我忘記了密碼，如何是好？
只要你填上 「用戶名稱」 輸入盒子， 再按 忘記密碼 的連結你的密碼便經電郵寄上
。
- 我輸入的電郵是正確的， 但系統卻不能核實，
怎辦？
當你的郵件被彈回時， 我們的系統便會當你的電郵 「未能核實」。 你只要在
頁內選擇 「電郵 是正確的，請再核實。」 的輸入盒子， 再按
， 你便可以重置此警告。
